1. Who We Are

Dekwin, located in Ibrahimia, Alexandria, Egypt, registered under Commercial Register No. 358764 (Alexandria Investment Office). Dekwin is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What We Collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the minimum needed to run the website:

• //Contact form: your name, email address and/or phone number, the service you are interested in, the subject and message you write, and the page you sent it from.
• //Chat assistant: the messages you type. If you leave your name and phone number in the chat, we also receive the conversation up to that point, so we can follow up without asking you to repeat yourself.
• //Technical data: your IP address is used briefly in memory to limit abuse (for example, too many messages in a minute), and our hosting provider's server logs may record it with the date and the page requested.

3. How We Use It

We use your personal data only for the purposes below. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

• //To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
• //To perform a contract with you, if you become a client.
• //To keep the website secure and protect it from spam and abuse.

4. The Chat Assistant

The assistant on this website is powered by an AI model from OpenAI. Each message you send is passed to OpenAI to generate the reply, together with the earlier messages of the same conversation. Please do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

The conversation is kept in your browser only until you close the tab. Our server does not keep a copy of chat messages unless you leave your contact details in the chat, as described above.

5. Analytics and Cookies

We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics service that counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal data. This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Who Receives Your Data

Your data is shared only with the services we need to run the website:

• //Our web hosting provider, which stores the website and the enquiries sent through it.
• //Our email provider, which delivers enquiries to our inbox.
• //OpenAI, for chat messages only (see section 4). OpenAI processes data outside Egypt, including in the United States.
• //Authorities, where the law requires it.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, and for the duration of any contract with you plus the period the law requires us to keep business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable law, including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted. Write to the address in section 11 and we will reply as soon as possible.

9. Security

The website is served only over HTTPS, and enquiries are stored on our server in a folder that is not accessible from the web. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
